Slides
PHD Powered Slides include cantilever and saddle types, and operate using air, air/oil, or electric power sources. PHD offers over ten different series of slides designed to handle loads ranging from a few ounces up to 300 pounds.

Cantilever Type Slides

Saddle Type Slides

Series C
The built-in rodless cylinder saves space by eliminating the need for an externally mounted cylinder. The result is a compact, low profile slide which is easily integrated into your design.

Advantages: Compact using a magnetically coupled rodless cylinder.
Series SAL/SAH
Series SxL/SxH Slides feature a compact cantilever design and are available in five sizes to accommodate a wide range of applications. Two bearing series are available with travel lengths up to 3 inches.

Advantages: Compact, high load capacity, five sizes, two bearing series
Series SCV
Series SCV Slides are ideal for non-rotating vertical applications or light duty horizontal applications where some deflection can be tolerated.

Advantages: Powered by PHD's rugged Series CV cylinders, variety of sizes to suit a wide range of applications.
Series SD/SE
Linear ball bushings or PHDs TC fluoropolymer composite bushings are available in each series providing the best value with the least possible slide deflection. Four bushings allow two hardened precision ground shafts to move smoothly while supporting the tool plate and attached loads, providing rugged precise linear motion.

Advantages: Wide variety of travels and sizes, oversize shafts with PHD's rugged TC bushings provide excellent value.
Series SFP
Series SFP Slides feature rail bearing technology to provide smooth, precise linear motion with high accuracy within confined spaces. The Series SFP Slide is designed with a stainless steel outer band and saddle scraper seal to enclose the bearing system and continuously protect the slide's internal mechanisms from contaminants. These space saving slides are available in two bore sizes with travel lengths up to 3400 mm in 25 mm increments and provide the lowest load deflection and highest moment capacity combination in the industry.

Advantages: Two bore sizes, travel lengths up to 3400 mm, saddle scraper seal, high load capacities, lowest load deflection, highest moment capacity
Series SG
Saddle design provides smooth precision linear motion for high load applications. Linear ball bushings and TC Fluoropolymer composite bearings require no lubrication for low maintenance and maximum life.

Advantages :  Long travel, highest load capacity saddle type slide, lowest cost per travel length and load
Series SGxM
Our Series SG Slide with Rodless Cylinder provides 50% space savings and high load carrying capability. The Series SGxM cylinder is standard with cushions on both ends and a magnetic piston. All units are shock absorber ready.

Advantages: All bushings, seals, shafts, and cylinder components are easily replaced for extended unit life.

Series SHP
The rail bearing technology of the Series SHP Slide offers compact precise linear motion.  The unit is available in three bore sizes and offers five travel lengths.  Multiple mounting surfaces with dowel holes are available for maximum flexibility.

Advantages: Three bore sizes and five travel lengths are available.  The Series SHP Slide is compact and has precise movement.
Series SIP
Series SIP Slides user rail bearing technology to provide smooth, precise movement with high accuracy within confined spaces.  Standard internal shock pads eiminate metal-to-metal contact reducing noise and end-of-travel impact forces.

Advantages:  Three bore sizes, three travel lengths each, internal shock pads reduce noise and impact forces.
Series SJP
Series SJP Slides use rail bearing technology to provide smooth, precise movement with high accuracy within confined spaces.  Standard internal shock pads eliminate metal to metal contact reducing noise and end-of-travel impact forces.

Advantages:   Three bore sizes, three travel lengths each, available in metric versions.
Series SK/SL
Series SK/SL Slides are now provided with Series CV Cylinders which provide many advantages. All Series SK/SL Slides can have either linear ball bushings or TC fluoropolymer composite bushings for optimum performance and are available in six sizes to fit a wide range of applications.

Advantages: Wide variety of metric travels and sizes, oversized shafts with PHD's rugged TC bushings, ISO cylinder compatible.
Series SM
The Series SM Base Slide offers smooth linear motion at twice the thrust of a single bore cylinder, and standard 2-day delivery.

Advantages: Five bore sizes and three travel lengths available, provides smooth linear motion.
Series STP
Series STP Slides provide smooth precise movement with high accuracy at twice the thrust of a single bore cylinder. Standard internal and external shock pads eliminate metal to metal contact reducing noise and end-of-travel impact forces.

Advantages: Five bore sizes, three travel lengths, available in both imperial and metric versions.
